To ensure the long-term sustainability of our rewards program and keep it fair for all customers, cashback is only earned on the portion of an order that is paid for with a credit/debit card or other payment method—not on the portion paid for with your existing Wallet balance.

How it works:

• Paying entirely with Wallet: If you use 100% of your Wallet balance to pay for an order, you will not earn any new cashback on that purchase.

• Partial Wallet Payment: If you pay for part of an order with your Wallet and part with a card, you will earn cashback only on the amount paid by card.

Example:

• Your order subtotal is £50.

• You use £20 from your Wallet.

• You pay the remaining £30 with your debit card.

• You will earn cashback only on the £30 paid by card.
